Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide Skills Development initiatives in order to satisfy business needs and to meet safety and legal requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent is essential
- Human Resources Diploma/Degree or related field in HR, HRD (NQF 6/7) is essential
- Certificate: Education, Training and Development (EDT) is essential
- Registered Assessor & Moderator is essential
- 3-4 years relevant working experience in HRD (Mining) is essential
COMPETENCIES:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act, regulations and definitions
- Demonstrate an understanding of legislation and compliance in the Mining and Minerals Sector
