Mission: To create, to plan, to implement and to evaluate Training courses in line with Company Training strategy and values.


Main responsibilities: 

  • To build up scientific documentary source and create teaching tools in an innovative way.

  • To conduct and follow up Training activities in house and in field, about environments, products and skills in order to help MRs give the most efficient call.

  • To ensure Training follow-up through dual calls and visits on the field.

  • To closely collaborate with Marketing, Patient & Medical Affairs and Field Force to understand theirs need and to strongly support for Campaigns building and implementing, internally and externally.

  • To contribute to Training team development.
