Job Description
Overview
You will support and run the day-to-day operations of Graduate Diploma programmes in a healthcare education setting. This includes programme administration, examination processes, governance support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also support marketing/outreach to increase programme visibility and intake engagement.
Key responsibilities- Deliver programme administration and operational planning across multiple programmes
- Assist with examination workflows and ensure accuracy of exam-related records
- Coordinate meetings and governance documents with committees and stakeholders
- Support team members and ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Contribute to outreach activities and identify new publicity channels/platforms
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
