Job Description: Promote training courses to the public Coordinate training schedules with trainers and testers Liaise with school/course administrators Manage enrolments via the registration platform Handle billing and accounts receivable Conduct training analysis and reporting Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed Job Requirement: Meticulous and detail-oriented Good organisational and coordination skills Able to multitask and manage deadlines effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Prior experience in administration, training coordination, or similar roles is an advantage
