Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to lead employee training and development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying training needs, developing engaging learning programs, and supporting employee growth aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Conduct training needs analysis with department heads and managers.
- Design and facilitate training programs including onboarding, leadership, technical, and soft skills training.
- Develop training materials, presentations, SOP-based modules, and e-learning content.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and employee development activities.
Employee Growth & Performance Support
- Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
