Job Responsibilities:
- Assist trainers by answering questions and providing support when needed
- Enforcing the company's Code of Conduct
- Ensure trainees are ready to be deployed to the production floor
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Assist with special projects as required
- Perform monthly classroom audits
- Have coaching meetings with the trainers
