Summary This National Guard position is for a TRAINING TECHNICIAN (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1180000 and is part of the Florida National Guard. Responsibilities As a Training Technician, GS-1702-09, you will formulate, oversee and evaluate the overall training programs for the command. Develop yearly and longer training plans. Issue instructions and procedures to subordinate units for the conduct of training activities that meet the requirements of the Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, major army headquarters and/or other higher headquarters. Establish and conduct a training evaluation program for subordinate units. Create or modify the unit's mission essential task lists in accordance with critical wartime mission requirements.
