Roles & Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs by assessing skills gaps and performance issues within various departments.
Training Program Design: Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals, including both technical and soft skills training.
Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, either through in-person sessions or using digital platforms.
Content Development: Create training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources to support the training programs.
Employee Development: Assist in the design and implementation of employee development plans, including career pathing and succession planning.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
