As a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing detailed financial analysis on historical and forecast performance, working capital, and cash flows
- Supporting the identification of key deal issues, risks, and value drivers
- Preparing sections of high-quality reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Managing day-to-day engagement tasks and ensuring timely delivery of workstreams
