We’re looking for a Senior Manager / Vice President to take ownership of high‑impact transactions, working closely with senior clients, decision‑makers, and multidisciplinary advisors. This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines strong execution skills with sound commercial judgement—and enjoys mentoring others along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Structure and execute complex M&A, divestment, fundraising, and structured financing transactions
- Own end‑to‑end transaction execution, from deal structuring to completion
- Lead financial modelling and transaction analysis; challenge assumptions and stress outcomes
- Act as a trusted day‑to‑day advisor to clients and key stakeholders
