We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **M&A Tax Partner** to lead and grow our Transaction Advisory Services practice. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor to Private Equity groups, strategic corporate buyers, and investment banks.
You will not only oversee the technical delivery of complex buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and structuring but also act as the Face of the Practice, driving business development, mentoring a high-performing team, and managing the practice’s P&L.
