Job Description
The Fund Services team at UMB is a nationally respected investment services provider offering a broad array of services for mutual funds and alternative investments to a wide range of investment advisors, independent money managers, broker-dealers, banks, third-party administrators, insurance companies and other financial services providers.
As a **Transfer Agency Operations Rep** , you will be responsible for all data entry processing for incoming shareholder requests. You will set up new accounts, process transactions and perform various account maintenance items. As you grow your skills and become more proficient in your work, you will have the opportunity to join the research team. This will require direct follow up with clients on outstanding issues.
The Transfer Agency team works hard but, in a fun, relaxed environment where the dress code is casual. You will be able to manage your work individually but still have a team around them to offer support when needed...
