What you´ll do
- Lead the technology transferof products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operationalefficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and execute pilotruns and validations in the plant for new formula and packagingdevelopments.
- Act as the technical experton the shop floor, making real-time decisions and managing operationalconflicts.
- Collaboratecross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, andR&D to ensure successful product launches.
