Job Description
- Collate intercompany transaction details
- Validate transfer pricing policy and execution results of intercompany transactions based on group’s transfer pricing policy
- Conduct financial analysis on entity-level or segmented business basis
- Maintain supporting information (such as contracts, invoices, internal or external benchmarks) to justify the intercompany pricing arrangements
- Conduct benchmarking analysis using subscribed database or based on market information publicly available
- Assist to update or review the transfer pricing documentation (local file) for compliance purpose based on standardized preparation and review process
Planning and Audit
- Assist to identify transfer pricing planning opportunities and prepare preliminary analysis or proposed solutions
- Assist in collating supporting documents and analysis in the event of transfer pricing audits
