(What the role is) The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is looking for a UX Engineer / UI/UX Developer Trainee to support the development and prototyping of digital services. In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to design, prototype, and test new digital solutions that aim to improve how staff and residents interact with community services (What you will be working on) Digital Transformation Activities: Prototyping, Analysis & Innovation Rapid Prototyping & UI/UX Design: You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new digital solutions, working closely with DTO officers and stakeholders to iterate and improve designs based on feedback. Business Analysis & Process Improvement: You will assist in mapping out user journeys and business workflows, identifying opportunities for digital innovation and process redesign.
