About The Role
We’re looking for a Transformation and Process Improvement Analyst to support Housing Solutions in delivering technology‑enabled transformation and service improvement. This role plays a key part in shaping, coordinating and embedding change across services, ensuring that new systems, processes and ways of working genuinely improve outcomes for residents and colleagues.
You’ll take ownership of defined transformation workstreams, service improvement initiatives and projects, supporting activity from early discovery through design, testing, go‑live and early embedding.
