As aTransformation Specialist , you will drive the execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery through structured planning, stakeholder coordination, and change adoption. You will contribute to solution rollout, governance routines, and frontline engagement to support large-scale transformation programmes.

Transformation Delivery & PMO
- Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery of AI and digital initiatives.
- Support governance routines, including working sessions and senior reviews.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes.
- Support solution rollout, testing, and performance tracking across channels such as telesales, apps, chatbots, and retail.
