Job Description
WSP USA is seeking candidates to fill a full time **Transit & Rail Requirements Manager** position on the VTA’s BART Silicon Valley Phase II Extension (BSVII) Project. The successful candidate will be in the **San Jose BSVII Project Office** and be part of the Contract Package 2 (Track and Tunnel) Program Management Team.
As a **Transit & Rail Requirements Manager** , you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, design, integration, and delivery of complex transit & rail systems. You will work collaboratively across disciplines to ensure technical excellence and seamless system performance.
This role provides leadership and oversight of the Requirements Management process, reporting to the Program Manager and ensuring contractor compliance with baseline standards. The position safeguards the integrity of all requirements throughout the contract lifecycle and assumes full custodial ownership of the repository upon completion.
