Job Description
- Conduct situational analysis of existing transit and TIR-related processes including technical, legal, IT, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
- Document current operational workflows across border posts, seaports, airports, and inland cargo processing points.
- Analyze system infrastructure, ICT assets, and information/data requirements utilized across transit trade operations.
- Perform detailed gap analysis by comparing existing processes with international transit trade best practices and standards.
- Conduct consultations with public-sector stakeholders, private operators, carriers, terminal operators, shipping lines, traders, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop stakeholder mapping matrix outlining roles and responsibilities across the transit value chain.
