Purpose StatementTransition Management role is to lead the Plexus Transition System in the development and execution of Transition Programs and Projects across Plexus Regions and Plexus Market Sectors globally.
Transition Management leads the Transition Program of Work & associated Projects by working with internal & external stakeholders including Plexus Program Management & CFT (Customer Focus Team) in addition to other SME's (Subject Matter Experts) inside & outside Plexus.Key Job AccountabilitiesWorks within the Plexus organization to design transition project teams, and leads wider teams when managing international programs.Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to support business development solutions and new programs.Also works to manage customer stakeholders' expectations.Apply project management tools such as processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure flawless execution.Ensure common processes are implemented across all sites supporting a customer ac...
