Introduction
The Translational Research Lead is responsible for generating and supporting the production of knowledge and research related to blood transfusion and related fields. This includes developing and implementing high‑quality research support services for all SANBS business units, managing research‑related governance and regulatory requirements, supporting internal and external funding applications, managing grant activities, and coordinating collaborative site personnel to ensure protocol fidelity and data collection.
