Transmission Security Engineer

Role Descriptions
- Design and implement security architectures for transmission networks (optical, DWDM, IPMPLS, microwave, and metro backbone networks).
- Lead security hardening of transmission equipment, including routers, switches, optical transport systems, and network management platforms.
- Implement and maintain encryption technologies (MACsec, IPsec, optical layer encryption).
- Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis for transmission infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, PCI where applicable).
- Develop and enforce transmission security policies, standards, and operating procedures.
