The Accounts payable, Stores and Treasury unit is currently launching a major project to improve samples' logistics of the stores, which brings a significant increase of workload. We are looking for a technician to provide support to the activities of the stores during the project. The main missions will include:


Performing operational tasks related to the stock management at ESRF stores such as:

  • Physical and computing reception of stock items

  • Organisation of storage space

  • Stock replenishment and disputes

  • Preparation of stock withdrawals orders

  • Regular checks on stock items considered sensitive

  • Participation in Commercial exchanges and annual price negotiations with suppliers

  • Organisation of stock annual inventory.
