We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to support and manage day‑to‑day fleet operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operations of DHL’s owned fleet, including vans, trucks, and EV vehicles
- Plan daily routes and trip allocations to optimise fleet utilisation and meet service level requirements
- Coordinate with drivers on schedules, attendance, leave planning, and daily assignments
- Monitor vehicle performance, trip productivity, fuel/energy usage, and operating costs
- Liaise with maintenance vendors for servicing, inspections, breakdowns, and repairs
