An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Transport First Line Manager to join our Costa Coffee site in Purfleet (RM19 1TB), where you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of chilled, frozen, and ambient products across the UK. Leading a team of drivers, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class, professional service while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and performance. Using industry-leading telematics, you will actively manage and optimise driver performance, championing a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced distribution environment .
