Job Description
Our client based in Peterlee is looking for an Experienced and highly organised Pallet Network Manager to oversee and optimise our pallet distribution network. This role is responsible for managing the pallet network team as well as relationships with pallet network customers, ensuring efficient freight movement in designated delivery areas. The role will include managing office staff, drivers, vehicles/ trailers and optimising resources whilst controlling costs and maintaining high service levels.
Duties
•Manage day-to-day operations of pallet network distribution, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods – this will include office staff, planners, FLT drivers and HGV drivers.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and pallet network customers and partners
