We are a leading freight and logistics company based in Gauteng and currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager. As a Transport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of operations in order to service our customers diligently.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and maintain operational activities of applicable contracts in accordance with company policies, goals, and strategic objectives. Duties include:
- Monitor internal operational costs, fleet utilization, fleet downtime, and resources to achieve budgeting results and other financial criteria including PBIT, NWC (Net Working Capital).
- Implement and monitor all operational activities to ensure compliance with operational protocols, legal, health, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
