Job Description
Basic Salary: $5500 - $7000
Benefits: 16 AL + Variable Bonus (2-3 months) + Staff Purchase Discount
Location: Pioneer (Fishery Port Road)
Working Day: Mon - Fri, Alt Sat
Working Timing: 7am - 5pm, 7am - 12pm
Job Duties- Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods.
- Lead, coach, and supervise delivery personnel to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Recruit and train delivery team members to support operational needs and staff development.
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, delivery schedules, and route planning to optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
