Job Description
As a Transport Reefer Technician, you will be a key player in improving the Bison’s Reefer Trailer Fleet performance in terms of efficient, effective, and timely maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on all reefer trailers in the Bison Transport fleet.
- Diagnose problems found during inspections and prescribe correct remedial actions.
- Perform repairs that are diagnosed during the barn inspection and preventative maintenance in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
- Attend team meetings and perform other miscellaneous repairs on Bison Transport equipment.
Shift schedule: This position is a permanent full‑time weekend shift position from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00‑18:30.
Qualifications
- 1‑2 years of experience in reefer diagnosis & repairs is preferred.
- Certified Journeyman Technician or Licensed Heavy‑Duty Mechanic preferred.
