Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize transportation routes to achieve maximum efficiency and significant cost savings.
- Track and monitor all shipments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
- Act as a liaison with vendors and customers to resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, damaged goods, or missed shipments.
- Ensure strict adherence to all transportation regulations and safety standards during the transit process.
- Oversee the preparation and management of all shipment-related documentation, including Delivery Notes and other support files.
- Partner with departments such as Vendor Management (VM), Finance, and Operations to align vendor services with customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in any major, preferably in Management or Transportation Management.
