Overview
The Transport Supervisor - External Hire will be responsible for sourcing external hire plant and equipment to meet the needs of all Dutco Group Projects. This role involves coordinating with project teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely repairs and replacements of equipment, organizing mobilization and demobilization of external equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities- Source external hire plant and equipment to meet the requirements of Dutco Group Projects.
- Coordinate with project teams and external suppliers on a daily basis regarding site requirements.
- Follow up with sites on breakdowns of external hire equipment and liaise with suppliers for timely repairs or replacements.
- Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of external equipment to projects using lowbed trailers and ensure complete documentation.
