Job Description
- Manage service providers - clearing and forwarding agents.
- Manage service providers SLA and KPIs'.
- Ensure import shipment lead times are communicated.
- Ensure import shipments are captured by shipping team before arrival at PDC.
- Perform random checks on import shipments on customs duty load.
- Ensure export orders are shipped with correct documentation on a daily basis.
- Update and communicate lead time reports on export and import shipment.
- Attend to customer queries within 24 hours.
- Ensure the shipping team responds and/or resolve customer queries within 24 hours.
