We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation within the surfacing and infrastructure sector, who are looking to appoint a Transport Supervisor to support their expanding operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transport or logistics professional looking to step into a supervisory role with clear progression into Transport Management.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will play a key role in supervising transport operations at the main depot in Redditch, whilst also providing remote support across three additional sites. This is a fast‑paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, adaptability and the ability to respond to live operational demands.
