Position Overview
As a PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) Attendant, you will serve as the primary in-person point of contact for our client employee riders. In this highly visible, real-time role, you will ensure a seamless and positive rider experience by managing passenger flow, coordinating vehicle pick-ups, and providing support during service disruptions or emergencies.
This role requires exceptional customer service skills, empathy, patience, and a proactive, relationship-focused approach.
