Key Responsibilities Asset Management Strategically oversee Class A CDL drivers, tractors, and trailers to optimize dispatch processes. Compliance & Safety Enforcement Ensure driver adherence to DOT regulations, company policies, and C-TPAT best practices. Performance Monitoring Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, route adherence, and Hours of Service compliance.
