MX Air ATS is building a scalable air transportation network in Mexico through a hybrid, multi-carrier model integrated with ground operations. This role owns the synchronization of ground movements with flight schedules, ensuring reliable connectivity at origin and destination airports and timely injection into delivery stations.
You will partner with Network Planning, Air Hubs, Ground Transportation, AMZL and ROC, executing mechanisms that align all movements feeding and draining the network to deliver consistent customer speed.
Key job responsibilities- Own air middle-mile ground synchronization, ensuring all first-mile (FC→airport) and last-mile (airport→delivery station) movements are precisely aligned with flight schedules.
- Execute midle-mile transportation mechanisms, ensuring shipments arrive at airports within defined cutoff windows, minimizing missed flights and protecting aircraft utilization.
