**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate full-time Trauma Critical Care certified surgeon to join our team at Chandler Regional Medical Center in Chandler, AZ as **Trauma Medical Director** and **clinical surgical faculty** . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the Level 1 Trauma care, acute care surgery, and surgical critical care in the community, educating surgical residents and medical students, and providing comprehensive and high-quality care to patients with surgery needs. This physician should embody excellent communication skills and be able to work in a high volume, matrixed environment.
The position will be a combination of, but not limited to, duties below:
