**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and high-quality care to critically injured patients .
+ Provide care to general surgery and trauma patients at level 3/4 trauma hospital. Volume expansion.
+ Currently 12 hour shifts. Night shifts are in discussion and could be a possibility as the service line grows/gets busier. Hours will vary depending on growth and shifts. Right now, shifts are thirteen 12 hour shifts per month 6a-6p. Discussing a swing shift of Noon - Midnight and possible overnight shifts. Lots of growth opportunities at this location. Need some flexibility with schedules as the service line grows.
+ Clinic would rotate 1 APP per week for 4 hours to cover post op appts.
+ Rotate APP clinic with the other APPs to see post op patients and be available ...
