Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BPO Trainer for a Travel Account (Expedia) to deliver new hire and refresher training programs. The role involves facilitating training sessions, improving agent performance, and ensuring operational readiness for customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training for new hires and existing agents.
- Facilitate product, process, and soft skills training.
- Conduct training using presentations, manuals, and learning tools.
- Coordinate training schedules with operations.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching.
- Improve training materials based on process updates.
- Work with QA and Operations to improve agent performance.
