Travel Agent & Ticketing Officer

We are hiring an experienced Travel Agent.
The applicant(s) shall have
min. 2 years work experience in related field;
Good grip on Airline Ticketing Software (s) GDS (Gallileo / Sabre);
Good Customer Suppport & business development skills;
Able to execute Umrah packages;
Able to execute & sell international holiday packages;
Good knowledge about Flights, Hotels, Transfer and related Travel Services;
Handle all inbound calls;
Good communication skills;
Query handling & executions;
Flight Ticket issuance for all domestic and international airlines;
Tourist Visa processing;
Manage and coordinate with support partners;
Manage and handle troubleshooting for Clients;
Manage and monitor international payments;
Additional tasks may be allocated by the supervisor.

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
