As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a skilled administrator with the confidence and capability to step into a leadership role, overseeing behind‑the‑scenes operational workflow and acting as a central point of coordination to ensure processes run seamlessly and the wider team is fully supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational workflow ensuring processes run seamlessly and the team is fully supported.
- Coordinate bookings, manage priorities, and support teams and suppliers.
- Collaborate with Travel Designers, suppliers and colleagues across multiple locations.
- Participate in supplier coordination and process improvement initiatives.
- Attend business related family trips and site inspections.
