Role Purpose/Mission:
We are looking for a Counter Manager who is willing to travel across our doors in the East part of Switzerland.
Obtain maximum possible sales results and responsible for RS budget achievement in his group of stores. Support and develop sales of products in all existing collections by influencing generic Beauty Advisor teams and support them on the shop floor. Translate La Prairie and Chantecaille strategy, provide 360 support and assets to the group of stores allocated to his area. How you will create a beautiful impact:
