About the Role: We’re looking for sales-focused Travel Consultants to join our call centre team in Islamabad for ours UK based travel agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Sell flights and hotel bookings tailored to customer preferences
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience call centre or travel agency environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in using GDS systems (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
