Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as travel consultant handling corporate accounts
- Advanced knowledge of GDS commands and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent Communications skills
- Strong background handling corporate accounts
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
Responsibilities
- Will provide quotations for requesting corporate clients.
- Facilitate bookings, reservation and issuance of airline tickets.
- Respond to inquiries thru email, telephone, SMS/Chat, and communication channels.
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth, organize and accurate day to day operations or transactions with clients.
