About the Role
We’re growing our Cape Town Night Shift Team and are on the lookout for passionate Travel Contact Centre Sales Consultants to join us as Global Connection Officers (GCOs). The GCO role is the heart of what we do — a sales catalyst, relationship builder, service champion, and travel expert all rolled into one. Working nights, you’ll be the calm, confident, and capable connection for our travellers and agency partners around the globe. Your mission? To help people find and book the right trip based on their needs — providing exceptional service and expert guidance, even after dark.
Responsibilities Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service KPIs. Respond to traveler and agent enquiries over phone and email, guiding them toward their perfect trip.
