Job Description
- Organizes travel arrangements including hotel, hire car and visa, work permits, where required.
- Updating of travel data files, personnel data base, controlled documents
- To support sales engineers/customers in providing all quotations
- Assist in monitoring and updating job forecast schedule
- Occasionally required to work outside the normal office hours or weekends (home base or office) due to changing service demands.
- Assisting other team members as required
Requirements:
- Someexperience of using ERP systems / strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Salesand purchase ledger input experience
- Understanding and appreciation of working with ISO9001 quality system
