Role Description
As a CSR for our Travel GDS Account, you will assist customers with travel-related services such as flight bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, and other inquiries using GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan). You will ensure accurate transactions and provide excellent customer service.
