This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service with practical troubleshooting skills and is comfortable traveling regularly within a 90-mile radius. The person in this role will resolve desktop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining a high standard of user support in a fast-paced environment.
