This travel opportunity seeks a licensed Pharmacist with hospital inpatient experience to provide expert pharmaceutical care during night shifts in a dynamic medical setting. The role involves ensuring quality medication use, offering drug information, and contributing to patient-centered care on a 7 nights on, 7 nights off schedule from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately review, interpret, and dispense medication orders and prescriptions.
- Monitor and manage patient medication therapy for therapeutic effectiveness and safety.
- Communicate drug information clearly to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Support emergency drug therapy management, including medication preparation and supply assurance.
- Oversee pharmacy technician activities to maintain efficient operations.
- Uphold departmental policies, quality programs, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
