Travel & Medical Claims Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese)

About the role

Join Allianz Partners and support travelers when they need it most. As a Travel Medical Claims Executive, you’ll evaluate and process claims for medical expenses, emergency medical evacuations, and other health-related incidents during travel. You’ll work with customers and partners across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia—handling some cases in Mandarin (or Cantonese) and others in English—so clear, empathetic communication and sound judgment are key.
